Operating as a private capital specialist, Macaulay Capital was born out of Chelverton Asset Management (CAM) to take over the unquoted activities. We focus on areas of the market that are typically under-represented by already established funding providers and seek out investments in well-established and consistently profitable business. An attractive characteristic of ours, is that where possible, we structure our investment opportunities with the intention of optimising the tax advantages available to our clients.
