FibreCRM, nominated for SaaS Provider of the Year at the International Accounting Awards 2026, has helped Top 20 UK accountancy firm TC Group streamline operations following a period of rapid expansion. Backed by private equity firm Inflexion in 2023, TC Group has grown to 80 offices, 1,985 staff and 174 partners, completing 50 acquisitions across its network in the past three years. As firms scale through acquisition, operational challenges can emerge, including dispersed client data and inconsistent KYC and AML processes.
To establish a consistent group-wide approach without compromising firm-level autonomy, TC Group rolled out FibreCRM across the business, completing the project in under six months. The biggest tangible gain so far has been in client onboarding. Kenny Burke, head of platform architecture at TC Group said TC Group has halved the time it takes to bring in a new client, with major efficiency gains coming from not having to re-enter the same data into multiple systems.
